When i was going through my teenage angst years. I remember learning how to drive. At the time my then art teacher and overall mentor in life told me these very words. "Danny, If there is grass on the road, then around the corner will be a tractor!" It kind-of resinated with me at the time to mean something beyond driving.
Today on my way home I took a short cut through a narrow country lane. I take it when the car in front of me is frustrating me. Bombing through the lanes which bend left and then right, blind corner after blind corner. Desperate to beat the slow caravan that was in front of me on the main road. As I took the corner I noticed the fresh smell of cut grass and clippings over the road, I smiled at the memory it recalled. And stopped in plenty of time.
